Q: Where can I buy a gift card?
A: You can purchase a gift card in-store or online at the links above
Q: Can I use my gift cards at any store?
A: As of right now, no. The gift cards are location-specific and can only be used at the designated store location which the original card was purchased at. If ordering online, please be sure to check the gift card’s store location at the top of the order page
Q: If there a minimum or maximum balance allowed on the gift cards?
A: There is not, feel free to add as little or as much as you want onto your card!
Q: What happens if I lose my git card?
A: The gift cards are treated as cash. Unfortunately, if a gift card is lost, we are unable to replace.
Q: Can I reload my gift card?
A: Absolutely! Our staff will be able to assist with reloading a gift card in-store.
Q: How Do You Order Your eGift Card?
A: Click on the links above for your regular store! You can choose a design, amount, and time of delivery, as well as add a personal message and the recipient’s information.
Q: How Do I receive my eGift Card?
A: An email will be sent to the recipient’s email address with their gift card and message. You will receive a redemption code as well as a link to view your egift card. Please keep this email for reference to show our staff when redeeming.
Q: How Do I check my Balance?
A: You can check your balance by clicking on the “View Your eGift Card” link in your original email. The page will have information about the card balance, transaction history, methods of redemption, and the original gifting message.
Q: I lost my gift card email, now what?
A: No problem! We can look you up through your email or phone number associated with the order.
